Historic Hyde Park Dentistry is a breath of fresh air in dental care in Tampa. A small practice that excels at providing excellent dental care. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and Dr. Benedict comes across as very caring of your dental needs. She takes the time to make sure you understand your treatment plan and shows you your x-rays. They look you in the eyes when they speak to you about your teeth. I found this lacking in my previous dentist office.

This is the practice I have ever been to, from Monica at the front desk to Samantha the incredibly knowledgeable (more than a) hygienist to Dr. Benedict. It is so reassuring to know that we are in the best hands, getting the best care.

Dr. Benedict is amazing! I actually followed her from her old practice. She is incredibly thorough, always takes the time to address any concerns you may have, or answer any questions, etc. Her staff is helpful, knowledgable, and so friendly. I do not even live in South Tampa anymore but make the drive because she’s that good. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

Sam is amazing. She is great about teaching, does a great job cleaning my teeth, and is understanding of what I need as I have very sensitive teeth. She helped turn my dental health around and I now take great care of my teeth. I definitely recommend her!! Dr. Benedict is really good too!!!

I've been going to Historic Hyde Park Dentistry for over 1year now. From cleanings to crowns, this is an outstanding practice. Dr Benedict and her entire staff are kind, compassionate and know how to take care of their patients. Dr Benedict is gentle and explains everything along the way (so it's easy to understand what is going on). I'm extremely satisfied with this practice. I highly recommend Historic Hyde Park Dentistry.

Dr Benedict and the whole team are incredibly professional and thorough. I have had multiple cleanings at the office and just completed several months of Invisalign (per my request) and I could not be happier! They have a slightly different approach to collecting from insurance that I was admittedly wary of at first (patient pays upfront and then receives checks in the mail for reimbursement). But the checks arrive reliably and the office takes care of all of the insurance interactions for a seamless patient experience. Again, could not be happier and can't recommend this team enough!

I have been a patient of Dr. Benedict’s for about 12 years now. She recently left her previous place of employment to start at this office and I am sooo happy I found her! She is the only dentist I trust! I had another dentist recently do a filling and a crown for me because I didn’t know where she was and it was the biggest mistake ever! I had to have her redo my filling and will likely have her fix my crown too. She is super gentle, meticulous, patient and really cares about her patients’ comfort level as well as the aesthetic appearance of our teeth. I will never go anywhere else again.She is the best dentist I have ever had! Years ago, I had to have a crown and a veneer placed on my two front teeth. I was nervous because it is my front teeth! She did such an incredible job! I have had them now for about 10 years and they still look incredible! The color matching and authenticity of the teeth are perfect! Nobody would ever know they weren’t my teeth!

WOW! I am not even a patient yet, but I know this office will be my dentistry for a long time. Carol answered the phone and was immediately the nicest receptionist I have spoken to in my life. I am beyond excited to become a patient here. If you can't believe I am writing a review BEFORE I have even stepped foot in this dental office, then call and make an appointment to see for yourself how special the practice is!
